How it all began…I finished university in summer 2017 and like most students that enter the big wide world, I was unsure what I wanted to do. After a month of enjoying an early summer, I stumbled upon recruitment. A couple of my closest friends were in recruitment and said I’d be great so off I went to find my dream company to start my career. Trawling the internet can be a nightmare but I found www.hunted.com almost immediately which has all the best recruitment firms on there. I spotted Network Marketing and thought ‘they’re the one for me!’

Hunted.com were great at steering me in the right direction. They stayed in contact throughout the application process and once I succeeded in finding a role they sent me a fantastic goody box full of stuff. It made my start at Network Marketing even more special.

Coming in as a graduate I had no recruitment experience but the team at Network Marketing gave me everything I needed. We’re part of the Pertemps Network Group, a £700m turnover business, so in the first month I was on training to teach the essentials of recruitment and to learn more about the wider business. I met some great people all working in different parts of the group specialising in different disciplines.

I also spent 2 jam packed days in our Leeds office with 5 other new consultants getting to grips with the Network Marketing processes, taking part in role plays and team building exercises like a treasure hunt around Leeds! I had so much support from my colleagues in Manchester and even from our Leeds and London offices. If I need anything at all, there’s always someone there to help.

Fast forward… I’ve now been here a year and love it! We are one big family, all three offices included, I spend every day with this bunch and I wouldn’t change them for the world. Cheesy I know, but I couldn’t imagine being part of another recruitment agency.
