Recruitment International held their annual awards at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Holborn last night (12th November 2014). In the amazing venue which certainly has the wow factor there were 40 plus tables brimming with the cream of the recruitment industry. It was clear from the outset that the competition was going to be very tough. As a Group we went in for three awards. Sheridan Maine, our accountancy recruitment business were nominated for best rising star having been established 18 months or so ago they have really taken the London finance market by storm and have grown to 24 consultants incredibly quickly.
Pertemps, our sister commercial recruitment business, were nominated for Best Company to Work For with a turnover of £100m+. And finally Tim Watts, our Lifetime President was in the running for The Hall of Fame. All in all it was a great night with us winning the Best Company to Work For and the Hall of Fame entry for Tim.
As an added bonus, our MD, Jonathan Hirst won an ipad in the raffle which sent him home with a smile on his face. So smiles all round and we’re already looking forward to the Recruitment International Awards 2015! Thanks also goes to Michael Wallis from Tempbuddy who invited and hosted us extremely well.
