Red Nose Day brings the worst out in us here at Network Marketing Towers. And whilst we're all relatively fit (!!!) we thought a challenging physical event might inspire us all to do something as a company for charity. So, with a gym in the basement thanks to PT Health and lots of work to do we thought the best plan (well, at least I thought...) would be to do 100k rowing challenge. Now, at first everyone was very enthusiastic. 100k doesn't sound far. Then we broke it down. On a typical day we'd do 10 hours of work so that's 10k per hour. Hmmm - on one rower. Hmmm. Then we did a test. One of us did 10k in 43 minutes, another did 1k in 6 minutes. Suddenly it wasn't sounding so easy. We drafted in the boys from London but Mark complained of being short of breath running for the train so we're not counting on him to put in the hard yards. But our secret weapon, James might just make up for the shortfall. Time will tell - 10 gruelling hours on a single rower that will not stop until the counter reads 10,000m. We're up for it! (Aren't we...?)
