Here at Network Marketing Towers we're always looking for new ways of getting the message out there about the roles we're recruiting. It's really the main way we build credibility as a marketing recruiter, after all, if you went on to a recruitment website and didn't see any jobs that were relevant to you it's unlikely you'd bookmark it or come back in a hurry. We do a lot of this through our own website and social media channels like LinkedIn and to a lesser extent twitter, but we are also looking for new and innovative ways. So, when our very own Tom Fordham spotted http://jobs.adzuna.co.uk we thought we should take a closer look and maybe get involved. We like the look and more importantly the functionality of the site. I guess our query is to what extent as a marketing professional looking for a job do you find these aggregators useful? There are stacks of positions on there that can be easily segmented in to salary, location and job title but would you rather look on one of these sites or register with a specialist such as ourselves? We'd appreciate all feedback - it's an exciting digital world out there!
