Last night the creme de la creme of Yorkshire's creative world came together to celebrate the work of 2011!  Representatives from the advertising, design and digital worlds' in Yorkshire joined together at the annual Cream Yorkshire Awards which celebrates those working in creative agencies as well as clients and in-house teams. It was great to see so many local agencies recognised for their achievements. Savvy, based in Leeds, were awarded the Grand Prix Award for their overall work this year- the most prestigious award of the night! Their work for clients such as Soreen and Asda were also recognised. Leading brand design agency Elmwood won a string of awards, including being recognised for their work in the Craft, Corporate Identity, and Publications categories. It was good to see them also being awarded for their work promoting their own product Make Mine A Builders- tea bags you will see sitting on the shelves on a supermarket near you!
